Upgrade Audio Speakers

Hey y’all, I bought a 2021 gladiator and looking forward to upgrading the audio system. I’d like to get something to where I can continue to add to it as I go any recommendations on first or second steps. Mainly, I am just focusing on the audio and not the stereo at this point.
I’d like to get it somewhat louder before the summer hits here in Indiana so any suggestions would great.
