Looks like a Lemon buy back. Complete with Check Engine light.
Price: $59,090 figured it might have been a full loaded LE.

Looked at the window sticker from the factory, it's the same price!

Don’t know the story but it isn’t a LE. Wrong rims and the dash panels are red and the LE is leather. I didn’t know they could sell Lemon buy backs?...

Looks like they bought it back at 101 miles. Seems like a new record. Didn't even make it a full gas tank. Wonder if anyone will actually buy it.

I saw a lemon buy back sitting on the lot here in Phoenix 3 weeeknds ago when we were out shopping and bought one of our Gladiators. Salesman told me it was brought in from California. with 11k miles. Same kind of situation. I wanted to see the price because I was curious thinking it was marked down 1/3 but no, it was almost full retail of other new, unused units. I don’t understand, and also was unaware of re-selling lemons. But I guess it’s a thing that happens.

Oh yeah.... It was sold that weekend.

Customer: " Says here it was a lemon buyback, what is that?"

Salesman: "Listen, some people, they just don't know what they want. I'm not supposed to tell you this but this nice old guy came in a few weeks back, saw this Gladiator and had that gleam in his eye. You know, it really took him back to when he was a kid on the farm bumming around in the old farm truck. Well, a few days later he came back, said his wife told him it was her or the truck. I felt really bad for the guy so we bought it back from him and so we have to mark it like this. But trust me, it's a fine vehicle..."

For the sake of research, would anyone like me to drop by and document the story on this one? I live right by the dealership and kinda would like to hear the explanation from the sales manager.
