Update: The new rear driveshaft was replaced today. It made a difference in the NVH issue. The drone/vibration was decreased approximately 80%. Prior to the install it was more noticeable in intensity and started at about 55 and continued until about 65mph. Now it starts but at a more tolerable level at about 59 and ends at about 63mph. I am not sure of why the mph range changed so I am confused about that. This is the second of three that I have owned that had this exact issue. The one that did not had an AEV 2" spacer kit that included the pinion angle drop down spacer and it was smooth and quiet at all speeds. I am thinking that it may be worth a shot to try the spacer on this one. I am adding 1.5 spacer to the front and .75 to the rear in the near future. Any downside to doing this? Thanks for all thoughts and inputs!
