Uwharrie is good for probably one full day of wheeling, and yea it is fairly mild, but fun. Not sure if you’ve been there, but you’ll want a little bit of lift and at least some 35s to avoid scraping your belly on every single one of the many erosion humps they have on the trails. I’d be down for a trip when it opens back up in April.
Nice! I am sure it's changed some due to erosion and trail maintenance. Gladiator is certainly a different animal than a JKU as I am sure you are quite aware. Having had a JKU myself, you definitely feel that extra wheelbase in the JT on the trail.Been there, but its been a while and was driving this, which I still am as DD vehicle, this is from there back in Aug 2014, wheeled Uwharrie 1st day and at uwharrie off road training center trail system, with Military Jeepers that year, was good time.
Theyre good people in there. Did gears in mine and did a great job. If you need to discuss things with them, i recommend calling. Their text to computer systems doesnt get messages in the right order/flow and it leads to mis communications.
