Even if it does nothing for redirecting stuff from the windshield, at leas it will protect the lip of the hood from chips...

Wired the two amber chase lights...

Finally started to wire the side bed lights. Here I am just testing the connection with a 9 volt battery... before running the wiring to the front. Reason why you see them going off. I was trying to take the video while also connecting the wires to the battery...

Minor stuff... but wanted the logo to disappear... quick paint with some wrinkle spray paint I had... and done!

Looking now at the photo, I need to remove the cheap bar and give it a coat of paint as well... Easy enough to do...

Ordered a matching wheel and TPMS sensor for the spare tire. I will be sticking with the factory rims/wheels.

Removed the bar and applied a good coat of paint...

Also installed the Bushwacker Trail Armor Jeep Hood Guard.

Man! That was quick. Ordered yesterday and it arrived today! At the dealer getting the tire swapped from the spare…

Done!!

And the best thing... service guy tells me that since I bought the rim from them and I had the spare on the bed and they did not have to remove it, or install it back down there, that there was no charge for swapping the tires on the new rim!!! Woohoooooo!!

That looks like the same one I put on each of our Jeeps.
I haven't done the 25 JTMX yet but have one on hand for it.

Nothing new added. Just documenting that the cables popped out on the hand brake. Dealer took it in the same day and was fixed in less than a test drive of a new RAM Rebel .

as I searched the forum while in the Jeep when it happened and found that it had happened to others. Called the dealer and told them what had happened. They were able to make an appointment for the same day so I took it in. I was out in less than an hour.

The only mod left to do are the tires... I want the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T in 255/85R17. But at only 8,900 miles, I still have a long time to go before I need to replace the stock ones...

Doing truck things… hauling 21 bags of 80lbs readymix concrete, panels, 2x4s, etc.

Not much to report... but went ahead and updated both phone holders to a magnetic units. Easier to place and remove than the ones I had before.
