Im with you, but I’ll add I’m not a fan of most midsize trucks going to a turbo 4 cylinder either. I keep a good eye on the market in case I can find a deal and I’m just not a fan of most of the engines out there right now. Since I tow so much, I’ve been beating around the idea of stepping out of a gladiator for a little while. The GMC canyon is a nice looking truck, but the turbo four is a total turn off. Nissan has a good power system but their tow rating isn’t very good.I'm not a fan of hybrid powertrains and if that is all you can get in the upper trims, I'm done looking.
Aside from that there is also that computer monitor they glommed onto the center of the dash. Seriously, it looks like a large tablet computer sitting in a docking station. What the hell has happened to styling?
There is no room in the back seat of that Pro with the seat suspension system lol. I'll have to check it out with a normal sized person in the front to see if it's really that bad.Not gonna lie, there's some NICE stuff here!
Onboard air
2400 watt AC outlet
FINALLY, 4 wheel disc brakes
ARB rear bumper
I'm not crazy about the bulky air system in the back of the front seats on the pro, but I'm leaning Trail Hunter anyway.
At the very least they may have just closed the door for me on the Chevy/GMC.
I'm really like the brown that can be had on the Chevy ZR2! But hate to say I might go white next round to avoid the very visible scratching that my rigs always seem to have heheI'm not a brand loyalist and midsize market is on fire right now. Love my Jeep but that bronze color is HOT. I wish Jeep offered a luxury bronze or gold.
This is the $100,000 question. Toyota charges $44k for the low-tier Supra. They charge $53k for the 3.0 premium.Certainly will be interesting to see how wild the pricing is!!
I had the lower level Old Man Emu full suspension setup on my 2009 Regular cab, it wasn’t great. I’ve heard the higher tier OME is significantly better, but the price is triple! I do like a built up long bed though! In Canada we can’t get the current TRD off road in the 4dr long bed. This is the $100,000 question. Toyota charges $44k for the low-tier Supra. They charge $53k for the 3.0 premium.
Toyota has a very good mix of reasonably priced vehicles, with meaningful differences in low vs. high tier trim level pricing.
It won't surprise me one bit if the Trailhunter trim level starts at $58k.
Probably not Base Price that high, but nice things do add up.It won't surprise me one bit if the Trailhunter trim level starts at $58k.
