Ok, I'm going to use my brownie points to ask a dumb question. Can I put these on stock Sport S silver wheels with my diesel (not wide track)? Would I be better off finding a +25 wheel or other positive offset? I hate poke... Not currently lifted.
I'm in the same boat with the 5 spoke wheels and diesel, but I've installed a TF 1.5" in front and DS .75" in rear, so I might be in a bit better position for a larger tire. I'm currently running a 285-70-17 Wildpeak A3 with at least 3/4 tread remaining, gonna be hard not to swap these units out.

On another note, will the 315 fit in the spare tire space?

For the spare tire, it fit just fine in mine fully inflated.

I’m on a 7.5” rim. Discount Tire almost didn’t mount them but one of them found a magic database that said it was okay; Kenda says 8” min. Am I in any sort of danger with this setup? Nearly bought steelies off of Quadratec last night.
Every tire has a perfect rim size. I believe 315s and 12.5s are usually but not always 9 inches. You're not in danger of anything but early wear. Mounting 315s on 7.5s you do have less wiggle room for proper inflation, and I'm guessing you measured 34.5 because you're overinflated. Might want to chalk test your tires in my opinion.

I'm kicking myself now for not buying a set. I've only got 20,000 on my Wildpeaks but forgot my daughter is pushing 50k on her JL KO2's.

I called 2 local Walmart car centers and they can mount for $14-17 and add road hazard for $10 a tire. i seemed to get 2 different mounting prices and one guy told me i couldn’t add road hazard if brought in from .com and then someone overruled him. So, check with your local store. Still, those seem like good options.

Good call! I’ve got an ECRI coming today to calibrate my speedo. I picked up a digital tire pressure gauge (now down to 37 PSI) and will use the ECRI to GPS calibrate my tire size and let you guys know what I find out.

Just out of curiosity, are they new mfg dates or new old mfg dates?
the two people i saw chime in on that so far were week 46 2021 and week 2 2022, so definitely not old tires

You know some high roller manager for walmart is sitting at his corporate corner office scratching his head going..."WTF just happened???"
Nah. This probably wasn't a mistake. The fact is they had over 200 tires sitting in a warehouse somewhere (probably a lot more, 224 is what the poll says was ordered from just the people who answered the poll. i'm sure there were others here, and i'm guessing we're not the only people that discovered this price) taking up space. Kenda isn't exactly a major known brand. i'm guessing they probably needed the warehouse space for inventory that actually turns. Probably hit the end of a budget period and had extra money and just blew them out to make room.
