May not be your problem, but I have the Mopar all weather mats and was cleaning the other day, and noticed the carpet under them was soaked.

The floor plug wasn't all the way in and was letting water in up through the floor drain. Worth a check.

Never had the floor plug out and, haven't driven it in the rain or on wet roads so that's not it. I do know that the water is running down the inside of the rear of the passenger door and then running along under that plastic piece collecting in the front floor pan. My driveway is a slight incline down to the road and I always park my truck facing the road. I'm sure if I parked it the other way, then the water would collect in the floor of the rear passenger area.

So, to update...

Took it to the stealership yesterday (1/23) and told them where I observed the water running down into the truck by the rear part of the front passenger door. The little drain thingy just under the roof line was working fine but, the water was basically bypassing the door seals and getting in.

Well, they called me in the afternoon to tell me that they need to keep it for another day in order to get the new door seals in from the warehouse.

Now the REALLY bad news...I was told that the job is going to be around $1,100 ? ? ?

That's because it's mostly labor charges at $180/hour. The service guy agreed with me that that was redonculous just for a door seal and that he'd try to get the price down in the upper $900s...we'll see...

It's gotta be done though.

In addition, I had mentioned that my rear window defroster wasn't working. They found it was unplugged. I told the service guy that that was on them because I have NEVER had the roof off, and the last time the roof was off was when THEY replaced it because of the rear window leak and the original still had water inside it so, I convinced them to replace the roof. THEY forgot to re-plug the rear defroster back in.
