Sad...
But... I look at it as dodging a bullet - You can now rotate em yourself and:
- Know that its been done
- Know that its been done correctly
- Know that the lugs have been torqued correctly
- Know that if you get a flat on the side of the road, you'll be able to get the lugs off and successfully change the spare instead of cursing the tech that left the impact wrench on each lug for 3 mins!!!!
I actually did the same. Took in my truck for the free oil change and asked them NOT to rotate my tires as I prefer to do them myself knowing that it's being done the right way.

It actually baffles me about how many people are ok or make excuses when not receiving their services you paid for and/or requested.

As to the notion of doing it myself to know it’s done right…. This is my 13th Jeep brand vehicle. I have done all the mods and even did an engine swap by myself in high school with only a Haynes manual and a borrowed engine lift. At this point in the game, I put the lift in this one but, from now on… I’ve got nothing to prove to myself anymore, my time is better spent either earning more money or spending it on what I want to be doing.

Rotating tires, is not how I want to spend my free time.

I do my own now. Was using the Jeep wave thing and they over torqued at least one wheel if not more. Ended up severing three wheel studs.

my local dealer won't rotate the tires on my Gladi because they aren't the stock size. I have a sport s and put 285/70/17s on aftermarket wheels. Its not like I have 40's or anything crazy
If they are on without spacers, what is their problem?
I put on LT295 70 18 on the stock wheels with spacers and my selling dealer said $250 to program the odometer. I bought an ECRI programmer for $130 and did it myself.
Not a fan of my selling dealership.

Not on spacers. They said because they are not stock they wont touch them. I asked them what they told the people they sold the lifted jeeps on the lot when they came n for service and just got blank stares.
