I get what you are saying, but sometimes people just want to do something different/for themselves and don't really care who else gets it.
Yeah, I get that, too............ but sometimes you see a plate and wonder - huh? If no one else understands or get it, in a way it's a "what's the point".
There's some really clever ones out there, and some really clever decals and other ways of tweaking the looks of a vehicle and show real creativity.
I guess it's like the angry grill - if the driver loves it and every person in the world besides them hates it, it's their Jeep.

Yeah as a kid when traveling, the "license plate " game was always a favorite. Sometimes you would see a very clever one and Sometimes, it's like ?What?... and some you just never figured out and moved on...
I did custom decals on mine. I have a Retired Military (USMC) tag straight from the DMV, everyone always ask what it means, but its not custom... so it must drive some people crazy trying to figure it out... lol don't get me started on the angry grills... ha ha but I have seen a few around town, what's funny, they mostly belonged to senior citizens.. go figure.

I've seen them around before. It's clearly a message indicating that the owner still lives in their Mom's basement
If the post about not washing their hands is the winner, this has to be the 1st runner up.

10-15 years ago there was a zombie craze. There were firearms made with the bio hazard symbol painted in the distressed tennis ball green, or distressed red, Hornady did a run of ammo with green ballistic tips boxes marked for “hunting Zombies.” KayBar did a series of knives with the green scales (they also included a set of black scales in the box). Think of all the fans of “The Walking Dead” there is your market. Oh and the green D-rings on the bumper…. Yep a Zombie hunter for sure. As far as I know was all done in fun but then it just sorta stopped.

I think what happened is that the zombies took over. I base this on the way people drive around here.

you need thick skin here. Its just a zombie reference. Like my AstroZombie reference. Not sure if anyone gets it but if they do its just a think we may share in common.
