I wonder what other parts would be required since the shifter is different, the dash/cluster display is different because it shows the extra option for mode selection, etc.

The dash cluster I can change with HP tuners. The shifter knob is different but the gates are the same, so not a must have. The only wiring is a position sensor and sahara has a value for the center gate were awd is.
