Looks good. Nice accent of color. I'm assuming you did this for the looks and not really the protection. I don't think you could hit the rim with those big, fat shoes!! I'm kinda thinking about doing this now.

After doing wheeler lake trail near Breckenridge yesterday with @Mightytalldude, washed it and hit the skids and sliders with some spray paint.

Then put the top badge in the picture on. This felt very good to do.

I built a rack for it! @arskemp made a pretty slick low cost rack out of aluminum extrusion that mounts to the t-slot rails of the Bak x4 cover, and also allows the cover to roll up, which is rare.
I followed his lead, built a cab height rack with slide outs on the side, an idea I copied from xtrusion overland.

I’m not a fan of driving around town with a tent on my truck, but this thing could for sure hold it. Stout AF.

I like the Halo DRLs so I added Axial Halo Fogs! The only hiccup was I had to order a steel bracket off of amazon to fit the steel bumper!

Just order adjustable and they’ll definitely work. 1/4” is a reasonable adjustment. I fixed close to a 10 degree pinion angle with 1/4” shorter on rear lowers and 1/4” longer on rear uppers. Now it’s zero.

Yes. They’re now lined up with each other, as was required for the 1350 rear joint on the new shaft I installed.

Ok, I didn‘t do all of this today, but thought I would give an update. Here’s what I‘ve done to my 2022 High Altitude since buying it a month ago:
— 2” Mopar lift kit
— 35” Nitto Ridge Grapplers tires (on stock 20” wheels)
— Replaced running boards with Rough Country nerf steps
— Installed Builtright utility rails and molle panels in bed
— Installed Softopper

I‘ve also ordered the Datin Fab rack that goes over the Softopper, but that won’t arrive for a couple of weeks.

I know that the stock High Altitude is a bit polarizing, but I like the progress I’m making on it. Would love to hear feedback on the before and after, as well as thoughts about the rack over the Softopper.
