Also threw this on. I love my Steer Smarts stuff but man the adjustment hardware is huge. Easy install but a lot of tweaking those to clear all.

This is the JK tie rod mount version of the Falcon 2.2.

Did 2 laps on the bumpy road and medium, if I have to be honest, feels like my Fox non TS shock, maybe little better? Stiff is going to be great on the highway.

Finished installation of the ARB twin compressor on the firewall. Installation went pretty well except that God’s own moron, that would be me, failed to remove one of the 5 screws holding the fender liner in place. That broke off a vital plastic mounting bracket that prevented the fender from being able to be reinstalled. JB Weld to the rescue! Everything is reinstalled and the compressor works like a charm. Now, I’m looking for stuff to inflate.
For those contemplating this installation, the Grimm Off-road bracket mount kit is quite elegant. The ARB kit requires crimping, soldering and shrink wrapping ring terminals to the power cable ends. I’d never done any of this before and found it pretty straightforward. As mentioned previously, I’m the simplest of tools, a wedge. If I could do it, you could do it.
Now that I own a JT, I am an addict. In the last few days, I did rear seat delete Cargo Dog storage deck and compressor installations. As soon as the compressor was installed, I ordered a front side of the bed Molle panel and 2 Rotopax water containers and a Fox 2.0 steering stabilizer. Until this Jeep, I’d never done more than oil changes and tire rotations.
I am getting old, have owned a good number of trucks from Ford and Toyota and have never had this much fun with a vehicle.
