Installed my RokBlokz mud flaps front & rear. Well-built. Should do the job nicely. Tired of all the mud splashing up the sides, and more importantly, tired of the rocks hitting the sides of the truck when out wheeling.

I do feel the way they mount up the rear and stuff is a little overly complicated but they should last.

Finally put on 35s with Quadratec Morphic wheels (gunmetal) that I had bought for real cheap some time ago. I accidentally stumbled onto a small tire shop in Spring Valley (7 Days Tire Shop). Brand new BFG KO2s (315/70R17, C) for under $1,100, with labor and tax. Way cheaper than the big retailers. I sold my Rubi takeoff tires and wheels right away ($300), which made it even better. Very happy with how quiet and comfortable they ride.

$40 cup holder from Prime Day lol. Outside of the terrible adhesion used, looks pretty OEM. Gonna be great for road trips
Looks neat. Knowing my forgetful ass, I would forget my iced coffee was there opening and slamming the door shut and sloshing it everywhere.

I have to admit, I am still a bit confused as to why people are buying aftermarket cupholders, and mounting them on their doors or on their dash, when there are two in the center console between the seats.

Sure looks like all the ones that are being purchased aftermarket are much less secure.

Does that react quickly? Or would it still kind of slosh from a rapid pitch change/bump?
I think I’d be afraid of the ball mount slipping and the whole thing flying down

The ball mount is pretty secure. It’s at least as secure as the center console one’s because it captures more of the cup. It’s a B size RAM ball and those can hold iPads. I don’t think it will fail. It’s mounted to a CMM ball at the grab handle which are pretty slick machined AL so you have to crank down on the RAM connector. It’s not a shock mount though, so bumps would still have the same effect. It’s does tilt immediately reacting to angles and centrifugal force when cornering. If you really go for some crazy angle it should work. It would probably be cool in a rock buggy. I honestly didn’t get it for this feature. I just needed another cup holder I could mount wherever for trips and this one was cool.

For me, if I’m going on a trip or to the beach or to the range, I always take a Rambler or some other insulated cup. Inevitably we stop at a drive through and now we’ve got 3-4 drinks. If you have kids or a dog that needs an insulated bottle, or if you carry a water bottle and another bottle/cup with some other beverage you run out of cup holders quickly. Also people inevitably throw other crap in the cup holders. I don’t store stuff on the dash cubby because it’s taken up by RAM mounts. The door pockets are for my recovery leather gloves, hats, hand wipes for the nasty diesel pumps, umbrellas, etc. There’s not a lot of room in the front of the JL/JT for crap, especially on trips, so the cup holders get filled. Also they’re kind of awkward to reach if your seat is all the way back and you’ve got big drive-thru cups. My RAM mount cup holder is pretty convenient, so I mostly use it now.

Jan installed Voswitch installed. Now I have 4 more switches to work with. Love the clean factory look of this switch group. Had box mounted on top of battery ready to accept anything I want to add. One off/on switch: 4 switches for other things. All rated at 30amps
