it’s a 70” wide axle which has a lot more benefits than a full coverage mud flap
Ahhhh. That is way different. Very nice. Usually people put those huge offset wheels to make their tires poke out a whole bunch. Really puts a lot of unneeded stress on all the steering components.

Do the Freedom Panels fit over these or do they have to be removed.
They fit. If you flip back a couple of pages to 1641, I posted a pic with the panels on. I have Hothead Headliners installed on my Gladiator, from the "top of the handle to the bottom of the headliner is about 1.5". Figure it would be 2" if the headliner wasn't there."

Agreed. The wheels have some offset but most beadlocks do. It also looks exaggerated by the skinny fender flares

Nothing was missed. These are Rokblokz mud flaps in the large/wide version. I chose them because they easily detach for off-roading. I haven't found any flaps that are full coverage expect maybe rock tamers, which I wasn't interested in. I will probably add some additional coverage in the future.
Do they atleast hang below the center of the wheel hub?
You could add te bracket so the mudflap lines up with the tire. With wider axle and the offset of your wheels it looks like half the mudflap is inside the tire going to waste.

Probably not. Is that a requirement?
part of the flap is inside the tire. I will probably make something to widen it in the future but for now it’s staying

Good job. Bet that was like working in a steam room during the installation.

Now .... come hook mine up .. lol.

Most of the regulations I've seen on mudflaps states that the flap must hang lower than the center of the hub. In Washington you also have to had fender flares that cover the whole tire tread.

No real idea what your state requires.

Installed a set of AEV High Capacity coils. They're intended for a constant 400-700 lbs of rear cargo. I'm at about +375 rear but I also want to be able to hook up the TJ which is an additional ~625 lbs on the hitch and have it sit level and not wallow all around. Prior setup was a 3" front spacer and 2" rear spacer.

I think I'll probably add a 1" front spacer to take a smidge of the excessive rake out. It rides surprisingly nice on extended factory Rubicon shocks. I'm undecided on what I'm doing in that regard.

What did you attach the mount to?
Details were just a bit further down the page...

It is a Kydex holster from Dara Holsters that comes with a RAM ball mount already attached:
https://daraholsters.com/standard-ram-mounted-vehicle-holster/

I then used a series of RAM arms and a ram clamp to attach to one of the cross members under the seat. The details on this are a bit sketchier as I can't find my actual order info right now, but it would have been something like this (you might want to do some measuring before you actually take my memory as gospel):
https://rammount.com/collections/popular-components-b-size/products/ram-b-201-201u-c
https://rammount.com/collections/popular-components-b-size/products/ram-b-408-37-62u#

The seat is still very much adjustable and since the whole rig is attached to the bottom of the seat, it just moves back and forth with the seat.

RAM makes something like this that you might be able to use under one of the front seat feet bolts with a shorter arm, but that would then interfere with seat adjustment:

Got a new butt lift. Do you like it?? (Insert Instagram pose here.)

Went from 2.5" rear springs to 4.5" and got exactly... 2 more inches of lift.
I was expecting more given that older springs were replaced with new, and the company markets them as their "HD" version. We'll see how/ if they settle.

It's also interesting to note how the ride was affected by the rear suspension lift:
With fixed 3.5" lift Skyjacker front lower control arms, the front end/ steering had always felt "planted" even with 4.5" springs and a 1" spacer. After install and driving to the sports bar to watch the UFC fights with some friends, the front end felt a little wandery, and I'm assuming that little bit of frame rotation in relation to the front axle axis was enough to finally get the caster angle out of firm range.

Out with the old, and in with the new.
I'm a little (not) surprised, that the springs are the height difference of their advertised lifts, and resulted in such, even though the Evo is a much beefier looking spring.

Other mods:

Installed Teraflex rear upper control arm relocation brackets.

They're designed to preserve driveshaft/ pinion angle during suspension droop and they appear to work as advertised.

Pro tip: When installing, tighten the small bolts first if you're not on the ground.

Installed:

Also added extended length brake lines. It appears both the brake line and accompanying (ABS sensor?) are good for 4" of drop. This won't be enough. I know where to source longer brake lines. How does one go about lengthening the abs sensor (?) line?

Umm, looks like the original reached 99 pages and was closed for more replies. So keep posting here!

I had tint done to front 2 windows, bug deflector installed, wayout style wrap installed, tires cleaned. 303 applied to tonneau cover.

EDIT: forgot to mention possibly the most important mod, ceramic coated grille, grille guard, and double ceramic coated windshield. FU bugs! Try sticking to all my ceramic now..... Stupid bugs.

I have a Rubicon that is the twin to yours. Where did you get the black wrap on the rear around the tailgate and lights?
