I can really screw window film up in a hurry.
Can't we all.

Interested to see how the ceramic works out. I've lived most my life in FL an never had an issue but S. TX is hotter than the Palm Beaches ever were!

Just got back from having 98% heat shield ceramic tint put on all the windows. I am using reverse psychology and taking one for the team. If this goes the way things normally work, now that I have the ceramic tint the heat wave and drought we've been suffering through will break and temps will drop down into the 70's & 80's.

I went with 5% transmittal on the back since you can have them blacked out. I went with 30% on the driver's and front passenger door and clear on the windshield. After trying to tint a few vehicles back in the day, I will always pay somebody else to do it because I can really screw window film up in a hurry.
Does this also help protect from rock chips/cracks in the windshield?

No, it is applied on the inside.
ah ok thanks. I heard there was a company producing a vinyl/ceramic coating for windshields, thought this was related.

I wish it did. I got my first rock about a month ago and stopped by the closest windshield repair and got it glued immediately. So far its holding........knock on wood

Replaced my slightly bent drag link attenuator. The replacement had been in the garage for weeks. Then replaced my mangled license plate holder and installed my new black plates.

After Hurricane Idalia (tropical storm when it went over me so just 40 mph winds but 8 inches of rain). I went walking with my wife and our path back was blocked. I went home and came right back out. Had to go slower the second time so that I could see. It wasn’t a big deal for a Jeep but it sure was fun.

More cup holders!!! ?

Got one these trays for each side. They snap onto the seat fore-aft adjustment bar

I’ve got the same cup holder and with a little modification it works great. I didn’t realize that the bottom would be just one big giant hole above my leather wrapped e brake handle. So for a few dollars I bought a cup holder in the boat section of Walmart. It was a loose fit but after wrapping it with one layer of soft sided Velcro it fit very snug. Then I cut a piece of thick sticky backed foam for the bottom which helped the cup holder from tilting towards the driver and kept the plastic off the leather.

That's a pretty good mod. Mine came with a removable bottom but it just sits in the bottom and can fall out. I'm probably going to try your mod. The cup holder is big but tumblers slosh around.

I'm running mine the other direction to not interfere with the shifter...and like the other guy said....the newer versions comes with an insert at the bottoms.

Installed some pedal covers this week. I also customized a mat used for laying on to make a sound deadening pad that sits on top of the alien sunshade and under the sunrider when closed (I take the mat out when driving with the sunrider open obviously). Also doubles when I'm working under my truck.
And lastly, played with some 3d printed wrenches @WILDHOBO sent me this week to aid in opening the valves on my Nomad Wheels.
