Looks good. What brand lift?

Most advertised lift heights are usually based off the Rubicon factory ride height and they tend to be bigger when installed on Sport and Overland level trim vehicle.
Thanks! Yea I am learning that now lol.

It’s a pieced together lift. Readylift springs FTB and lca’s, Falcon shocks, Metalcloak RTB and a couple smaller Clayton bits.

Got the new RK rear spring seats/wedges in to offset the aggressive pinion angle needed for the driveshaft. Also tackled the rear @TeraFlex control arms while I was at it.

I just hope I made the right choice about the wedges as they are side specific (1/2” difference in height). I originally thought the passenger side was lower (by measuring) due to gas tank/natural distribution, but after putting the thicker wedge on the passenger side…the driver side is now ~1/2” lower ?

Some spring vendors take that into account with the spring rates. Is that a possibility?

I have the AEV HD springs, afaik they are not side specific. And I was sure the passenger side was lower, but now I regret not measuring right before installing.

I can’t tell you how many times I forget to measure before changing things. Drives me nuts.

I went ahead and installed my dash cam/radar detector combo. I've already managed to get one speeding ticket in the JT, so hopefully this save's me some grief.

Bonus: I also found a mural out in the desert! Pretty neat!

So today I started my sound bar upgrade. Only had time to get one side completed. I do have the second one ready to install. I only have to trim the bar to finish the install. BIG shoutout to @WILDHOBO for the tip. Simply used a utility knife with new blade to cut out the enclosure for the new speaker to fit. No saw, no dremel, no hot pieces of plastic flying all around inside the truck and in my eyes, easy cleanup. Did it with the bar in place. Old vs New.

I spent about an hour and 20 minutes doing what I did today. Took it slow cutting out the first hole with the utility knife. The second one will take me about 10 minutes now that I know what I'm doing. My time included taking down both old covers, removing the 2 speakers on the drivers side, cutting out the plastic on the drivers side, cutting a hole in both new covers for the tweeters, mounting the tweeters and 6.5" in both new covers, attaching the mounting plate and new speakers on the drivers side. I only have to remove the 2 speakers on the passenger side, cut out the plastic then mount everything. Guessing it will take me a bout 20 minutes to complete hopefully tomorrow after work.
