Today I installed the Teraflex 1.5” leveling kit on my Gladiator. After installing a new bumper and winch last week the front was drooping a good bit - hence adding the leveling kit. I went ahead and did the full inch and half.

Installed an front camera, I put the dash back together after the pic was taken.
Just need to adjust the camera in the morning after the epoxy dries for the camera mount.

Tightened the emergency/parking brake cables. Wow. They were loose. Works great now. Blew out the reusable Corsa air filter. REALLY glad I did. A critter had squirreled away a bunch of nest material below the filter. Nothing got past the filter, and they didn’t chew any wires, or the filter. Lucky timing. The picture next to my foot is the debris. Yuck. Can’t wait to get this thing into a garage someday. And added some air to the tires as it’s finally getting colder out. They were a few pounds low.

Finally remembered to go out and check my air filter for nest like you and others have had. Luckily mine was nice and clean.

Happy to hear it. I drove it more this week to try to piss them off.

I did my first self oil change today. On my Jeep that is..

This is my second change since the new engine. The first at 600 miles. This one only had 2300 miles on it but I wanted to get the dealer oil out and put the Amsoil in it that I bought when they replaced the engine. I was surprised how dark it was at that mileage.
This was the messiest drain I’ve ever seen. Not too bad but the splash over made it outside the drain pan and the curl under hit the edge of the engine skid. I’m definitely adding the Fumoto valve on my next change.

i do not necessarily have a black cloud over me, but i do try to prepare for the unexpected. one topic on this forum that receives a lot of attention is the peril of a dead battery due to auto stop start. one day last week the ASS dash light came on. i didn't have time to diagnose and repair the failing battery so i just put my jumpers in the jeep. yes, i did require a jump while i was out which created a change in plans. i was now going to my local auto parts store to acquire a 94R battery. back on 3/25/24 mossyoak1967 started a thread "auxilary disabled" . in the thread i asked the legendary Lunentucker about a simple fix and he provided one. some might say my battery swap may have been in error as it could have been the aux battery not the primary. i say: "i will never need to worry about it again". i bought my jeep new in may 2021 however, i cannot determine the build date. another common topic on the forum is concerning short battery life. getting 7-8 years out of a battery seems to be a thing of the past.
i did the battery swap in my shop not in the store's parking lot. before returning the core the next day i checked voltage. it was down to 11.3 volts without a load. i guess i made the right call.

Finished the camera install!. Not bad for $65-ish.

I see yours is running through the vehicle's camera system. What camera did you use?
Its a $30 Amazon camera )GeenYi brand) to get the feed to the screen I ordered the $30 ZAUTOMOTIVE RCA pigtail that will plug into the radio harness. Then I used jscan to activate the cargo camera and then good to go!
