Gave her a wash and then a long drive to pick up a DS18 sound bar.

was some good weekend, even winter came back partly.

finalized longer brake line install (+2inches),
made the bed base plate out of plywood for the Alu-Cab ModCab,
build first stuff out of 80/20 black profiles

ordered AEV 3 inch high capacity springs
ordered MC rear sway bar brackets and their rear track bar, to clear 37's - if we ever buy them...

talking back and forth between Iceco APL35 and new Dometic CFX5 35 liter fridge....

I have the APL 35 I really like it. However, it’s very tempting to instead get the VL 45. Not a whole lot bigger but more room. You’re really coming down to whether you want a dual zone or not. I do like the dual zone but very rarely use it.

That fog light harness alone has a bunch of them. So much easier to clip the Oem ones and be careful with wires than try to pull them out. I cut them and let them drip out the back of the holes.
they come out quick with a body clip removal fork I my bumper swap in about 3 hours

I would like the APL 52 the most, but it’s simply too huge.
And the dual is really question, I think the Dometic may be better with one compartment, but it’s all plastic for 750 euros…

so maybe the Dometic is better than? I mean a lot of us brands are not available here in Germany and Iceco can be found only from one importer, so really unsure

I have one of those as well. Just easier for me to cut them.

Ordered new bumpers! I can’t wait to install them. I’ve only been wanting them for five years now. lol.

I still have to order rear bumper back up lights to go in those square holes. I keep changing my mind, but I think I’m going to wire them into the aux switches so they don’t automatically come on and blind people in parking lots.

The front bumper is MP Concepts. I like that it’s stock looking and forged aluminum for weight and a good value. Especially, since it comes with the winch plate (3/16” steel) and the front skid. The rear is Body Armor. It’s cheap, close to stock looking, and works with the hitch, back up sensors, etc. it’s stout. Super heavy. I also really like the side steps I ordered for it as an accessory. They provide some bed protection and I really miss the bumper step that my Canyon had.

I ordered from extreme terrain. Free shipping and they showed up in four days with no damage. I know that some people aren’t as lucky. $1500 all in for both.
