The reason I don’t is towing. I want a rock solid sway bar back there, even if that means I replace it every couple of years.
I know the AntiRock gives more body roll, but the TeraFlex states same stability as stock.
Although TF say 37" tired max on Rubicons for some reason.

this whole set up is flawed you com down on a rock and it forces up at the link and no give upwards. I bent my tera flex links and the factory mount, also the upper bolts stripped on the way out.. I replaced with metal cloak links and drilled out the upers for some 10.5 bolts but I think i really just need to ditch the whole stock set up for a rock jock or tera flex forged set up that mounts the sway bar up top I also tow and i think if I add bags it should be fine
also rock jock has firmer bars too https://www.rockjock4x4.com/product...-antirock-kits/antirock-jeep-jt-antirock-kits
Well I dint like that either..so where do the 4 bolts go in to ? Drill more holes? Or what ? To me the answer is in the links.
The rock jock works the same as factory on a twist resistance. So if flexed enough the forged arm isnt going to be injured the the adjustable sway link will.
Does anyone make shock type or would Air bag just take care of all that mess.

I’m well aware. And agree. But iit took me over four years of sitting it on boulders to finally need a new swaybar and to bend the metalcloak bracket. I watched someone destroy the teraflex upper sway bar setup by bashing it on a rock recently. So none of them are immune to damage. I’m fine sticking with the current setup. Il’lll eventually need to weld a new bracket onto the frame, but that’s not the end of the world.

The one I saw fail was on 40’s, so maybe it’s not strong enough?

I get that it can be hit, and I have, but only on extreme trails like Pritchett. With the reinforcement bracket, I’ve so far continued to get off the trail and drive home. I’m just going to continue, for now, to try to put tires on top of the rocks. But no promises that I won’t reevaluate in the future. The other side of this is that I’m very confident in how stable my Jeep is on terribly off camber obstacles. I’d hate to end up having the rear make something like that more dangerous.

Yeah if the literally are saying there is body sway then that aint good further it leans to the down slope its going upsadaisy.

I need to be able to put it on nasty angles and know what its limits are. At this stage in the game, I’m going stiffer in the rear due to increased lift height. Not softer.

Absolutely 💯 % agree the further the center of Gravity goes up then it only makes sense to have less sway not more

This morning its not what I did to my Gladiator, but what it did to me... damn intermittent service 4x4 light is back...

This was fixed last December by the dealer, now it's out of warranty and I'm fairly certain my local dealership is not lift/mod friendly. It was raining last time this happened, and it was raining this morning as well, so I'm hoping it's just water getting into the FAD plug.

We leave for a 2 week trip next week. I don't anticipate NEEDING 4x4, but you never know.

Try unplugging the FAD and adding dielectric grease then plugging back in . Dry fittings with air hose or hair dryer on cool air if your out traveling cotton swabs. Q-tips.

If you think that’s a possibility, unplug the fad, and both lockers. Blow out with compressed air until dry as a bone, then put dielectric grease in all those connectors. I bet you’ll be all good. Test all your 4x4 functions and go for it. Plenty of shops in CO that will help you if you end up in a pinch.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the FAD connector is getting water in it since I've had it disconnected a few times recently.
