Retired. Finally !!
Unless I misread, AUX 1 and 2 are 40 amp, AUX 3 and 4 are 15 amp. If you wired in a 50 amp to AUX 3, won't it still trip at 15 amp ? The factory pigtails for AUX 3 and 4 are considerably thinner than AUX 1 and 2.

Admittedly, electrics are not my strong suit....just hypothesizing out loud....

I fully expected my 25 to be involved....... I've not read their cutoff dates and so on.......
But - both our 25 JTMX and 26 JLUR come up clean.
Odd..........
The 21 JLURD was on the APP a week ago, the 22 JTRD just showed up today. But the NHTSA showed both about 2 weeks ago.

I looked up in NHTSA and checked the dates - mine was built in the spring of 2025 and my wife's 26, in December 2025 so both are after the 2024 cutoffs.
Whew.
Now to keep my perfect never going off-topic record, I cleaned up the wiring on the trailer winch setup and started making the cables to connect the winch to the power in my JT's bed.

Took several inches out of the two wires that run to the winch motor and covered up the wires a bit to make it neater and keep the sun off at least some of the wire.

I tilted the trailer bed to make sure it didn't make a difference in the length needed.....

It will plug into the Anderson located here - (once more of this nice OFC wire arrives so I can finish it)

@ShadowsPapa Holy Moses that is a wiring project and a half!! I’m sittin here trying to figure out trigger switches for winch and compressor and all that. I’ve decided I’m going to run the VoSwitch JL-500 that mounts where the bed inverter switch is located for my winch power on-air compressor- lockers and maybe the last switch to control DRLs in the AuxBeam pods I’ll eventually install. That way all the bigger items are to my Left and nobody else can “accidentally” bump or press anything. If something blows because it was on when it shouldn’t have been it’s all on me.

Just have to figure wiring so that the only thing those switches are doing is triggering power to the devices and not actually powering anything. Should be pretty simple unless I totally misunderstand 12V wiring.
I have always loved wiring.
I took two classes in HS - electronics, and electricity. I was hooked.
Am I an EE? Heck no! But I did get a Jeep cruise control system to work in my 82 Eagle and use the AMC/GM switch properly.

My daughter finished up a career training educational class this past year. Turns out she was building circuit boards, solar panels, and doing all kinds of product development stuff. I had no idea they went that deep in the woods with it. Should serve her well in the future.

Those are Beefy!!
So beefy as a matter of fact that I had to grind the lower bushing a few millimeters so that it may fit into the axle. Held off installing till I could find someone with a sanding wheel.

Finally found a mounting location for my Midland MXT575 that I like. Put the regular mounting bracket on the back side of the dead pedal hanger with velcro (loop side) to take up a little space then finagled the radio onto the bracket in the "normal" manner. Stays put well enough and as a bonus an 8' piece of RG8x through the firewall makes it to the antenna on the passenger side fender without too much left over. Also a 1.5' RJ45 extension cable adds just enough length to let the mic hang comfortably from a Tackform grab handle mount.

All new plugs, injectors, and 5 coil packs (had a coil pack failure a few weeks ago). Added a Dorman unit to replace the factory oil filter housing. New front rotors, pads, and a fluid flush. (The monkeys at the dealer charged me for a flush but did NOT do one.)

As a side note the brakes were still at 50% with over 80k miles. Interesting to me given the AEV Borahs and 315s I’ve been running since virtually new.

Fuel economy seems to have improved and engine is more responsive.

Factory brake pads on these last a very long time. Even if they’re used and abused. Some of the best I’ve seen as far as OEM.
Agreed. With even ordinary care, they should easily go 80K.
And if towing, the trailer brakes should take most if not all of trailer's brake loading, meaning little added wear to the tow vehicle brakes.
But then - most of my vehicles go 80-100,000 miles on original brake linings.

Just ordered American Adventure Labs Inner Front Fenders. Getting them in raw aluminum with the King shock cut-outs. The inside I'll spray with rattle can bed lined. The out side I'll polish and then apply 3M clear vinyl film to protect it.
