My dealer told me that he got emails any time there was a status change on things he'd sold - not so sure he didn't say the regional rep sent them to him but that would be above and beyond.Agreed. Its only as good as the data Jeep is willing to release publicly anyway. I just found it interesting how little my dealer was able to see as well. My order still shows an estimated ship date of 3/17 for their view. That was 4 months ago.
In any case, my sales guy's info was always more accurate, updates more frequent and better even than the Jeep chat thing which was never right on mine.
I didn't get the deep details like each and every single move from one level to another, but it wasn't bad, either. I quit looking at the sites and relied on my sales guy to update me.
