This doesn't apply to a Gladiator put a Wrangler.
I would like to see a longer back up camera mount for wider tires and wheels.
I took your 4JRC1801-01 camera tube and camera mount parts and extended it 2.5''
First I machined the flange with the 1/2 nut as close the the weld as possible.
Than I cut off the factory camera nose flush.
Machined a Hub-centric 2.5 extension.
With a longer 1/2 bolt and 3/16 plate on the back side bolted to together.
This gets the camera out past the tire and wheel

Front fenders with built in lockable storage for recovery gear. I think an integral box built into the fender would work best. That way you can have the gear drain out if you had to use it in the wet.

You could have a box on top, and one going down the rear of the fever as well.
