An apples to apples comparison wasn't the purpose of the thread.... but thanks for your input though !As some already said, it’s not possible to do an apples to apples comparison even if you list out your coverage, deductibles, etc.
That being said…I was shocked when the quote for my JTR ended up being less than my Subaru Outback 2.5 (has a ton of safety and driver assistance features).
My 2024 JTR insurance is about the same and I live in NM. No tickets, over 60 (way over) and bundled with my home insurance (AAA). According to AAA and Forbes, we have the worst drivers in the country - city cops refuse to do traffic work. It's more fun to shoot people down in the poorer part of the city. So, we pay more for insurance. Our 2023 Rav4 Prime is about 1/2 that.Purchased off the lot in November. Couldn't wait and order since my nearly 20 year old mishubishi (mitsubishi) started having problems and had to get rid of it.
609 every 6 months for insurance (socal price i suppose?)
840 per month for 72 months at 2.09 apr.
5k down
+ 2k for dealer installed options added to the price of the jeep (again purchased off lot and couldn't wait).
Consider ordering and you'll likely save some cash if you can wait.
Good luck and cheers!
Could be your area. Last week I got both the 0% and no payments for 90 days. Maybe they changed it, too many takers. And last week the offer for no payments for 90 days was with both the cash offer and the 0% offer. To be clear - the no payments for 90 days doesn't go with the 0% interest.
it's either a discount (cash allowance and 90 days no payment (offer 1)
OR
0% interest (offer 2)

A lot of what car makers do is regional - and that makes sense, too.Must be regional differences. Today on Jeep.com....![]()
And finally, just now on Jeep.com, same deals as last week...To be clear - the no payments for 90 days doesn't go with the 0% interest.

I am near Jacksonville, so I would guess your son's zip code gets these offers.A lot of what car makers do is regional - and that makes sense, too.
I should plug in my son's zip code (he's between St. Augustine and Jacksonville) and see what happens
I plugged in St. Augustine and it came up with different offers - and the cash incentive varied with models.I am near Jacksonville, so I would guess your son's zip code gets these offers.
EDIT: Unlike last week's offer, I don't see the 36 month restriction on the 0% now - not in the disclosure or footnotes. Interesting.
