Just bought a 2024 Gladiator Mojave and found this cap on the driveway under the engine area. Any ideas? Thanks.

Looks like a temporary plug that would have been removed (say from like the transmission or something) while on the assembly line to allow for lines to be connected.

My guess is that it got sat on a frame rail or something and finally fell out. Especially if you don’t see any leaks anywhere.

No leaks noticed so far, fingers crossed It’s just extra parts! Thanks.

Keep it. Probably as stated above, loose laying around from the build line. Question, was your JT fresh off the trailer the week you bought it or on the lot a few weeks??

Looks like it’s been on the lot for a few months….built in February if I read the Window Sticker correctly.

It's the OffRoad+ fluid reservoir cap. Located inside the Bluetooth speaker. It was manufactured in New Zealand so the threads are counter clockwise to tighten.
