For proximity you do not have to "pull the handle twice" for the doors to unlock.I pretty much max'ed out the various packages on my Sport-S, but I have to hit the button on the FOB to get the doors to open, no "pull the handle twice" to unlock.
What is the package that was required for this?
Not sure about other JT's, but mine I have to pull handle twice. Only because I try pulling handle before it has unlocked. Too impatient to wait, I guess.no "pull the handle twice" to unlock.
The unlock is activated when you place your hand behind the handle, then pull. I normally just grab the handle, listen for the locks, then pull. It takes a fraction of a second. No second pull required. Not sure about other JT's, but mine I have to pull handle twice. Only because I try pulling handle before it has unlocked. Too impatient to wait, I guess.
I know that is the way it works. But sometimes I am quicker than the lock. I should know better. I have the same issue with my wife's GC.The unlock is activated when you place your hand behind the handle, then pull. I normally just grab the handle, listen for the locks, then pull.
