So in my insomnia I'm reading about different lifts and trying to decide.
From rock krawler with the 4 link rear it says,
"The triangulated 4-link rear assembly keeps the rear axle perfectly centered; allows for removal of the rear track bar, eliminates rear suspension bind, and the cross talk of the front and rear track bar arrangement, therefore greatly smoothing the highway ride."

Is cross talk just from and rear track bars kinda fighting against each other pulling the body?

I would imagine since front track bar mounts to the drive side and the rear mounts to the frame on passenger side.

I've never heard of crosstalk to describe jeep suspension but it makes sense. There is a tendency for a jeep to see-saw front to back in a left-hand corner vs right-hand corner. In the left hand corner, the front end will want to lift up while the rear hunkers down and then the opposite of that a right hand corner.

Its that on a bump the front will rise and swing left but the rear will rise and swing right so you get a bit of the body jutter see saw effect back and forth. The 4 link means the body doesnt roll on bumps in the rear just moves straight up and down.

Another pro to a triangulated 4 link is that you won’t get the axle steering effect when articulating. Gives you the ability to break a mount and make it home unlike 3-link….
