What to expect with Hill Descent?

Does this eliminate the need for lockers ? Does it actually put brakes on spinning wheels that have lost traction ?

Interesting topic, older but still relevant. In my 2021 Gladiator manual there is a section (couple pages) for "Selec-Speed Control" which is pretty informative. Not sure if they added that or no one noticed it because of the name that no one would guess had to do with a crawl mode or hill descent. Full disclosure it took me almost 2 years to find it in the manual LOL. It really should be included in the 4x4 Operation section of the quick start guide so people would know what to look for in the manual.
