I'm running stock tires and wheels on my Overland, and I'm thinking about getting a spare set of takeoffs for when I actually do go off road. From reading it seems that a lot of people stay away from the mud terrain style tires, I assume due to the noise and ride quality on the street?

So, "wheel" these work on my Overland? They come from a Wrangler Rubicon and are 255/75/17, so i would assume that as long as the backspacing is the same I won't have any problems right?

Also, if I run these without TPMS, will I be able to turn the warnings off? And lastly, will these affect my ability to haul plywood?

Thanks for the help!

How many sheets of plywood do you anticipate hauling, and will it be 1/2", 3/4" or perhaps only 1/4"? Marine grade or interior use? Sanded both sides or one side?

All of the above questions are serious and valid (for this forum only), but generally speaking, those wheels/tires should work fine.

I’ve been wavering between getting a set like these, which I wouldn’t run all of the time or a set of Wildpeaks or something that are more quiet on the road and run full time. That would save me some valuable space in the garage, but I sure like the look of the BFGs!

The bolt pattern is the same,
they (Jeep wheels) should all be "hub-centric" (centering or locating the wheel from the hub)
and I believe the offset should be the same (+44.45 or so)

Width is mostly important for the tire you are using - tires work better when used on the rim width they specify so generally not a big concern unless looking at rims too narrow for wide tires or too wide for narrow stock tires.

Those things look aggressive like the knobbies we used on dirt bikes! Should be decent for some rough patches.

I like the look a lot too! My Overland is black and I love the all black look that these would have.

Those are not too common although they look a lot like LE wheels they are a little different.
