Funny, how the pics showed up here. It doesn’t look that color when I look at it. Of course, it was a bit cloudy today, and it actually looked more Gator. Then when I went to Sam’s to pick up blueberries and wine, it looked positively gator. Then I see these pics. Hmmm.... camo works.

I guess I can officially post here now. Just factory ordered a Gobi Rubicon. Expected ETA given was 2-4 months. Its going to be extremely painful to count down these days. I've been saving for the last year and half to make this purchase and cancelled a vacation to Japan. Obviously this comes huge cost, but coming from a base model JK I wanted to do it properly this time.

As part of the deal, I'll be trading in my current Jeep. A 13' Sport that I've built and wheeled over the last 7 years. Going to keep the wheels and tires because well... cmon

Huh? Are Jeep workers on a union-mandated slo-down?

My dealer placed the order for my most awesome Gator Rubi around 12/13/19, and it hit my dealer's lot (along with two other Sport S Glads) on Monday 1/13/20. So that's, what? - a little over 4 weeks?

I've been saving for the last year and half to make this purchase and cancelled a vacation to Japan.

Probably a wise move.

There's nothing in Japan worth catching that new strain of endemic viral flu.

2-4 months was just a ETA. That could possibly be reduced. I do live in Canada which might be the reason for the long delivery time.

Yea, I would expect a slightly longer delivery time in BC but here's to hoping you get it sooner!
And those wheels will look good on a Gobi so yea, I would keep them too.

Ordered 12/19, picked up 2/12. Already had N-fab steps a Weathertech mats waiting at home. Wife likes it so much that she is actually considering one in Gator Green as her next vehicle!
