Where do I find provided Torx Tool Kit?

You guys need better sales people. When we buy through our current dealership. Scott makes sure everything is there, and has even gone to the vehicle with us, opens the glove box to show the manuals, opens the console to show the tool kit laying in the top of the console, and shows the rest in the back seat or under the back seat.
He's the sort where if anything was missing - he'd hunt it down for you - with just one ask.

Our salesman, I think just learned how to drive. He knew more about connecting the phone to the car than anything else. When I got home, I went through the entire Jeep top to bottom. I found the tool kit in plastic bag with the license plate bracket. Our salesman apologized for not knowing much about the Gladiator and tossed in 3 lift kit crates. ( just the wood box).

Can sell those for a good couple bucks. I'd complain they were empty though LOL.

The front plate holder has to be checked on the order form. My dealer had to check that on both of my orders - the factory last I knew didn't just toss that in as many states don't require a front plate.

I just bought a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave 4X4 with Customer Preferred Package 24D that was sitting on our local Jeep lot.

I just bought a Hothead Headliner for my Gladiator and want to remove the hard top to install the headliner, but I cannot find where the Torx Tool Kit might be located in the Jeep Gladiator. I have looked everywhere. Has anyone run into the same issue? Thanks... Dennis

It's supposed to be in the glove box, in a black canvas case. I looked everywhere in my 2023 Glad and couldn't find it. I pushed the dealer and they finally took one out of another vehicle.

I just bought a '23 Mojave and it was under the rear seat in the same bag as the front license plate holder.

This is where I found mine as well.
