Our salesman, I think just learned how to drive. He knew more about connecting the phone to the car than anything else. When I got home, I went through the entire Jeep top to bottom. I found the tool kit in plastic bag with the license plate bracket. Our salesman apologized for not knowing much about the Gladiator and tossed in 3 lift kit crates. ( just the wood box). You guys need better sales people. When we buy through our current dealership. Scott makes sure everything is there, and has even gone to the vehicle with us, opens the glove box to show the manuals, opens the console to show the tool kit laying in the top of the console, and shows the rest in the back seat or under the back seat.
He's the sort where if anything was missing - he'd hunt it down for you - with just one ask.
