I believe that's a cover for the part behind the rearview mirror for when you drop your windshield down.

He did! He said, "and here is the tool kit cover."
Lol. Most of on this forum know more about this truck then the salesperson we got it from!

Lol... You would think windshield from the picture... But the guy said tool kit cover to me and I told myself, why would they make you drop the windshield to store a tool kit? Lol

Ha Ha Ha, don't ask a salesman. If they don't know they will make something up like they did with the rubber stoppers in the pouch I put my T tops in.

I don’t know of any specific spot, I just keep mine in the glove box.
