Also check the piece of plastic on the passenger side window right next to the mirror. There have been a few people that had issues with that causing whistling as well as drain plugs causing it.
Update 2/26/21:

I dropped my car off at the dealership on Monday 2/22 and just got it back today 2/26. The dealership had to open up a case with Chrysler (Star?) and ended up troubleshooting the issue for over ten hours. They taped up every conceivable cause and eventually they were able to narrow it down to the front portion of the A Pillar on the passenger side. They filled the area with sealant (Teroson ms 5510) and it worked like a charm. No more whistling !!!

Thanks to everyone for all their advice and I hope my experience helps someone else if they find themselves in a similar situation.

regards

Phil

For others who have this issue, my fix was a new windshield. The previous owner had it replaced and the installer set the windshield too far outside the frame. He basically put a crap ton of sealant behind it which raised it too high. I bought a new one from a glass guy who was familiar with this problem and the finished result made it pretty obvious that the last one was done wrong. No more whistling.

FYI, my 2021 Mojave whistled from the driver's side from the get-go. I thought it was the alignment of the freedom panels, but figured I would start investigating the easiest fix first. I taped over the gap as shown by Papa Smurf in post #11 but on the driver's side, and my noise went away. I used some high density automotive foam tape to seal the gap on both sides and no more whistling noise for about 1600 miles now.
