Wifi problems

The Wi-Fi through ATT does not work. ATT says they cannot connect to Uconnect since last November…. Just bought my gladiator and this is what I have been told by ATT twice. Any help??

I'm no help other than to say you probably need to go to a dealer to see if there is some updates for the system. I swear this said wife problems and was about to show me a new gladiator on tons with a hemi swap though.

Try doing a reboot of the head unit. There's a fuse you can pull, not sure which one. Disconnecting both batteries for about ten minutes will also do it. It can take up to 24 hours for the head unit to return to normal operation after a reboot.
