I need some help. I have a chance to buy some 37" tires for my stock 2021 Overland. Does anyone know if they will fit?

short story, no they will not. Would need Rubicon fenders, or inner fender mod to fit.

Mopar lift will only get you 35’s. Why do you want 37’s and no lift?

I had a tire shop try some Rubicon rims with larger tires (35) on my Overland - they had a set for sale there and said they'd be happy to put one on the front to see how things cleared - nope, not the fenders that were a problem, really, there just wasn't enough clearance on turns. They took 'em back off and put mine back on.
I run 33s without issues (they are REALLY 32.8" tires) and 34's would work, but 35 just was too close for that tire shop's comfort.

It's not that I wanted 37s. I called about 35s. These are used and I am getting a great price. That's why I asked.

Everywhere I looked online said 35s would work on my stock JTO. But @ShadowsPapa said 35s won't work?

So my AT tires are around 32" stock. I think I could go to 35s without re-gearing but 37s would kill me. I'll just tell the guy thanks but no thanks.

I thought 35's would fit with no lift also.

I have 35's and a 2.5" Terrraflex lift so I really don't know how they fit with no lift

The tire shop was not comfortable with them on my truck. MAYBE they would have worked, but articulation of the suspension while steering, the shop didn't feel right and said that I should do something else.
I got rid of my notes on those tires because I figured I'd not need the numbers - so I can't recall the exact size. They were on Rubicon JT wheels.
Remember, different brand tires of the same so-called diameter may actually be different sizes.
They call the stock Overland tires 32's and they are 32.2" - while the stock Rubicon A/Ts are 33" but measure only .6" larger in reality - 32.8" so both are larger than 32" and smaller than 33"

I'd never go over 35 on my Overland without regearing! It's bad enough in hills as it is, especially with any load like a trailer behind it. I don't care if they'd fit and look great, 37 means deeper gears for sure. There's guys that will regear a Rubicon with 37s, no way to put them on a stock Overland without never again seeing 7th or 8th gear (or 6th in a manual)

You could put Daystar 3/4" spacers under it and be cool. IMO, 33's fill my wheel openings fine. I don't need it to look out of proportion.

These are "33s" under my Overland which has 3/4" Daystar spring spacers.

If I recall, do you also have Rubicon takeoff suspension? or is it just the tires/wheels?

Front springs from Rubicon. But the winch, bumper and skid plate took .5" off of the gain.

Front Rubicon springs added about 7/8"
Winch and other stuff took .5" off of that - leaving 3/8" gain from those springs.
So I put 3/4" spacers in - giving back the loss plus 1/4".

Stock Overland here. 35x12.5's fit just great! Minor infrequent rubbing on the sway bar at full lock but otherwise they ride well. I don't take her off road so I would imagine you could run into issues there.
