I have a sport s with no tow package, so I have the most narrow fenders. They don't have that extra widening lip the max tow fenders have.

I've found plenty of threats with info showing they will fit under the fenders and not rub unless I go extreme max flex

What I cannot find out is width wise... Are they going to stick out past my fenders? I just want to make sure it not throwing rocks at myself.

I think these "Charcoal" and my stock wheels are both 44.5, 17x7.5

With 1.6" wider rubber is the 1.6" closer to the frame or is it like my current wheels get 0.8 on each side?

I've seen a few others with this setup on the forums but they're all max tow. Maybe I'm better looking at the sport s wranglers that put Rubicon wheels on

Here's a wranglers I found on YouTube with 285/70/17

I don't think wranglers have the max tow fender lip with even the package

Even so I think that extra lip is because the Gladiator with max tow has wider axels (wider track) so it's "proportional"

I think I'll be good... Let me just get all my good luck charms out.

They do look good. Looks like you don't have max tow package fenders. Do they fit without sticking out past the fenders?

Don't stick out at all. Non Tow Max. Zero rubbing.

Finally did it myself. It's hard to tell, depends on the angle you're eyeballing from but when you get the ruler out there's no poke

Just wanted to update this thread in case someone has the same question later.
