I searched the web for days, if not weeks! Eventually I found a new 2021 Gladiator Mojave (6 speed manual) for $41K. Needless to say I purchased it that day!

41k nice! Was that the cash price or financed? Im finding the cash price is harder to negotiate down.

In my experience, dealers are often more willing to go to a lower price when there is financing involved, as they can make extra money on that. If you have the cash, no problem. Buy it with financing at the lowest negotiated price and then immediately pay it off!

My Mojave has DRL, hitch camera zoom, 240 amp alt, heavy duty engine cooler.....so it appears to be max tow specs but with lower tow weight capacity.
If you have the LED light package, that comes with daytime running lights. The max tow comes with running lights with halogen lights.

A couple of Texas dealers had a $2500 charge for early payoff hidden in the finance contract. I think I found a decent Mojave deal in Colorado. heading up end of month to check it out.

Hey everyone new to the forum and jeeping I Have been looking at buying a Jeep gladiator for my next vehicle and have narrowed the 2 models down to a willys and mojave. My biggest hangup on the willys is not having a rear locker. I know it has trackloc but it’s still not the same as a rear locker. Can any willys owners tell me how there’s preformed off-roading or a argument for getting a Mojave with the locker and more luxurious options.

$41K financed through Chrysler Capital. I was also able to negotiate my wife’s fully loaded 2018 2 Door Wrangler Rubicon for $40K.

Finance through dealership, refinance at credit union then pay off ?

My dealership gave me a 2k discount for financing & said I had to keep the loan for 6 months. So the day I got the payment info in the mail I made a payment for all but about 2500 bucks of it. Made regular monthly payments for the next 4 months & then paid it off as soon as it rolled into the 6th billing cycle. Total I spent about 120 bucks in finance cost's to get the 2k discount. Well worth the little bit of a hassle & the credit run to get the savings.

Like the OP I had narrowed down my search to the Willy's and Mojave trims. I ultimately chose the Mojave and placed a factory order on 4/20.

For me it came down to the price difference of right at $5,000 between my identical optioned out specs of both trims. To me, the Mojave was worth that premium and when factored in with the below invoice pricing that can be had from the various sponsors here it was still within my original budget.

You aren't able to tow 7650, like the Max Tow. You don't have the progressive rear springs. Do you have daytime running lights? Do you have the hitch zoom? Max Tow has those.
You are right, I’m not able to tow 7650 like the max tow. The Mojave is a heavier truck and I think Mopar deducts the weight of the off roading additions. My truck does have daytime running lights and tow hitch zoom.
This is my first jeep and my first pickup, I’m just learning.

That’s awesome. I’m pretty much set on a Mojave now. Seeing base Mojave’s with just ahard top and a automatic cheaper then willys not even fully loaded. Very time I look at a Mojave it makes me want one more and more. With the willys I look at it and see another 5k in lifts and tires before I’m content. What did you’re Mojave order look like? My next question now is what is cheaper going with a pre built dealer Mojave or go the route you did for exactly everything I want.

Here is my Order:
Jeep Gladiator Willys or Mojave? 1619477614130

I ordered from Travis @ Tri-City (NC) and my purchase price of 6% under invoice before any incentives/other qualifying discounts is $50,041. Of course everyone's MMV but I firmly believe that going with any of the Dealer sponsors here offering below invoice pricing and ordering exactly what you want will end up cheaper than trying to work with the majority of dealers these days and what they have to offer on their lots.

Here is a post I recently made taking about just that:
Tried to find something close to what I wanted on the lots all over Virginia and out to 200 miles away without much luck. For those cases where there was something that was close to my liking it ended up being nothing more than dealers playing shell games and either refusing to communicate with me any further when I called them on it or stringing me along and refusing to make any effort in making a fair deal when it was time for them to commit.

I gave up and went with with a factory order from Travis @ Tri-City last week. The experience so far has been a breath of fresh air and what it should be like to do business with somebody.

Note to self(and others): I should have gone this route from the beginning but I was more interested in leasing and all these below invoice deals from some of the Dealer Sponsors here aren't really set up for that. Once I found a great financing option from my credit union and I switched my mindset over from leasing to owning the experience went from dismal to superb.

Here my sticker, got it for 6% below invoice, took it to 51k. After TTL and a few BS fees, drive out was just shy of 54k. That was me ordering the way I wanted. Truck came from the Houston TX area.
