I'll start it off. Mine is not radical. (I'm an old guy.) I went with 34" Patagonia XT tires, 1.75" wheel spacers, a winch buried in the stock plastic bumper, front levelling kit, and Barricade Rocker steps. My next mod will probably be an Eaton Truetrac in the back, or maybe Truetracs front and back. Show us what you've been up to.

My next mod will probably be an Eaton Truetrac in the back, or maybe Truetracs front and back.
Since the Willys package already has an LSD in the rear, wouldn’t it make sense to just do that for the front rather than changing the rear diff to a slightly different LSD?

I would rather replace the clutch type LSD with a helical type when the clutches wear out, instead of rebuilding the clutch packs.

Makes sense. I definitely prefer helical/Torinson styles over clutch packs so I get it. But is yours in need of rebuild already or starting to show signs? I have zero experience with these on the Dana 44s but having an LSD in the Willys package is one thing that originally drew me to it as I had well over 100k miles on an axle with spicer clutch pack lsd before with no signs of quitting and figured it would be good enough in the d44.
My original plan was to leave the rear alone until I felt the need to regear for bigger tires and then do lockers front and rear.

Oh, no, I won't replace the present LSD until the clutch packs are worn out. I've read all sorts of conflicting reports pertaining to clutch life so I don't know when that will happen! I, too, was drawn to the Willys for the LSD. I didn't, and still don't think I will ever need a locker for what I use my truck for.

Currently still have the factory Firestone Destination 255/70R17 MT tires. Added 1.5" wheel spacers and TeraFlex 2.5” Performance Spacer lift kit, Rough Country wheel-to-wheel steps and custom fabricated flat steel bumpers (cause I’m old school like that). My next mod will be Venom Power Terra Hunter X/T 35x10.50x17 All Terrain tires and Mopar Performance 2" Lift Kit 3.6L With Bilstein Shocks.

How do you like those 35's with 3.73 gears? I ask because I would like to go up in tire size next time.

Loving my 2023 Willys, all my add-ons are cosmetics in and out, I added a Tyger trifold tonneau cover, polished roll bar, Besttop Sunrider twill top, Monoking step bars, hood bug deflector, grill mesh flag, shorty antenna,1941 hood decal, Jeep logo rear mud flaps and many surface covers and decals as well as interior carbon fiber dash trims covers.
My next add-on plan is to replace the black OEM wheels with a polished style wheel.
