For anyone trying to unclog your nozzles. Empty your tank the best you can - I just sprayed it until empty over like the period of a week. Once empty I poured in about 1/3 bottle of isopropyl alcohol and it sprayed it through along with a couple shots of compressed air in the tube. All fixed and cleared it right up in about 2-3 min.

As mentioned - stop using rain-x. Prestone for me from here on out. I ended up getting some ceramic window cleaner that I now use which helps bead water.

Shoot. Same issue. I used a pin to try and unclog nozzle. Pretty sure I damaged nozzle because I made it worse. Just ordered new nozzle and some hood insulation clips. I’m fairly certain it’s just the nozzle because other nozzle is fine. Only having issue with one side. Hood insulation is in way. Don’t try and unclog it with pin.

Update: Installed new nozzle. Works again. I have green bug fluid in it (not rain-x). I’m going to use blue fluid going forward. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Just had this issue on wife’s grand Cherokee. This is what came out of the pump filter. Using rain-x bug remover. Never again

There’s a pump filter? How do you access it? Pull the pump? Did that help?

I’ve cleaned out my lines a few times and I still have a weak stream.

So, it’s on the end of the pump, it’s attached to the grommet that seals the pump in the reservoir. Now this is on a 2019 grand Cherokee, so may be different from our JT and JLs. Really this would just block large debris, but it was completely gummed up with that stuff from the rain-x. Looks like yellow snot. Had to soak it in vinegar and pinch out all the little holes. Working fine now. Didn’t get in the lines thankfully.

Noticed yesterday my windshield washer fluid wasn't spraying correctly. Wouldn't reach the windshield. I thought it was almost used up so I filled it up but the tank only took half a jug. Still won't work. I can hear the motor working. Is it clogged up? I've been using the green RainX bug remover fluid. Jeep is just over 1 year old.
I just experienced this same issue at the first wiper fluid refill on my 2024 Gladiator. Had to disconnect the plumbing line at the 90, back blow to clear the pump and pump all of the fluid out of the reservoir into a gallon jug, required back blowing through the pump several times. Then ran a half gallon of vinegar/water solution through the pump several times to clean out the pump. Refilled with wiper fluid and has worked fine for the past two weeks.

I think the RainX is a decent product.
I am not using it now because I don't want the water repelling agents on the soft top.

As far as people having issues with it clogging the lines.
Do not mix rainX with traditional fluid. I believe the mixing causes a chemical reaction and the fluid will gel up.

If you are going to use RainX, completely empty the reservoir before adding.

The problem is that RainX does the expressly prohibit product mixing as detrimental other than reducing the effectiveness of the RainX product.
