I know, I meant I need to wire the module that I cut out back in. Then check.
But I still don't understand why it can't just run direct.
If I were trouble shooting this I would go in the following stages:
1) turn on aux 1
2a) if there is no power at the aux1 wire, check the fuses
2b) if there is power at the aux1 wire, try to make a jumper directly to the lights from battery and verify that the lights themselves do work
