I read through this entire thread and I don't think I found anywhere that somebody actually measured the additional coverage from the extensions... Anybody care to take a couple measurements?
1 3/8” across the top and sides taper out to 2” at the bottom.

Fantastic thread!
Too bad this product still needs modification 2.5 years since the thread was started.
Is there not a direct fit option for the JT Rubicon and Mojave from another manufacturer that is as good or better than these?

Also, are these compatible with the Weather Tech mudflaps?

These DBOR flares. Shipping makes them an expensive option. I just picked up a set from a forum member for a good price after they decided to go another direction. Haven't mounted them yet, waiting on my 40s and wheels spacers, but I held a couple up to the factory fenders and they look perfectly molded. I think it's a more OEM look than the actual Mopar extensions, ironically.

Thanks, great to hear and good find for you. I saw that video and they look good.
I'm debating between the Mopar and [surprisingly] the EzFlare aka EzLip https://www.ezflares.com/
I may remove the factory flare rivets and replace with new rivets to reinforce adhesion.

Just added these to my JT. It’s a ‘22 Overland, so the fenders holes are not identical to the ones on the extensions, but we managed to mod and mount them successfully.

I did one V cut at 17” from the bottom for the rears. I installed them on a 2024 Rubicon. I ordered a kit from Benny’s site and it was two sets of front flares.

First off... THANKS to everyone here that have shown me this mod and how-to also! The perspective from the various installs led me to do a bit of a hybrid of a couple of you guys' installs.

For the FRONT, I kept it "stock" using the existing rivet holes. I really liked the combination of the fender extensions + Rokblokz mudflaps on @Dls79's set up. So I plan on doing the same (@Dls79 - what size mudflaps did you get?)

For the REAR, I did the Front XTreme Recon Flares and made them flush with the bottom. I made the same cut to get it to bend better. Then I also used double the rivets to really keep them in place nicely.

A couple of shots from some distance... don't mind the imports in the shot... ;p

Hey Bill,
What's the red trim on your rear corner?

That is a Mopar plastic scratch guard for the rear rock rail. As others have teased it’s a paint guard for the paint/body guard.

For people that don"t have a gladiator with high fenders (Rubicon/Mojave) the Mopar fender extensions will work. Used one cut at the front fender and three in the rear. 3 holes line up in the front and 1 hole in the rear. The rear extension goes past the fender by 1/2 and is not flush with fender bottom, I trim the bottom flush with fender where it meets the Rokblokz mudflaps. Living on a gravel/dirt road thats 1/3 mile long that is the main reason for the install. Have a second person to help with the rears it makes it alot easlier.

Added the extensions today. They perfectly cover the 0 offset wheels on my narrow axles.
