Your favorite stubby radio antenna that works good?

Pretty new to this forum. I appreciate the topics, direct answers, and sticking to the rules. Hopefully I’m not duplicating a request. Looking for a good quality stubby antenna for best radio reception without having the stock metal one flopping in the wind.
