Hi all,

I’ve read through most posts regarding the axle locker issue on my 2021 Rubicon.
Went ahead and ordered the Z-Locker Harness to bypass and still have the issue.
Any thoughts?

Thanks

Maybe you actually have a wiring issue going back to the DTCM. AFAIK, the Z-Locker harness just simulates the locker sense circuit and feeds that back to the DTCM. If a hard wire fault, the Z-Locker harness is not going to do anything.

Another possibility is that the Z-Locker harness is a dud.

It just worked great on mine, but my factory sensor was full of oil. If there is oil in the socket, clean it carefully, and clean the plug with electrical cleaner. Then use some dielectric grease. It worked like a charm for me.

I went through two harness from them before I got one that worked:). It’s probably just the harness.
