Hello,
Just starting my rig build journal 37k miles in. I have had the Jeep for about 11 months and have driven it hard doing overlanding and moderate trails while also towing a tear drop trailer. I have driven it in California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona in all types of weather (highs of 103F and lows of 7F. This summer I have overland trips planned to Oregon and Washington.
So far my upgrades:
2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon
-Rigid 40 inch light bar
-JCR full length roof rack
-Warn 12k winch
-Warn Crawler stubby bumper
-Mountain Offroad full skid plate system
-Ace Engineering rock sliders (putting on soon, sitting in my garage)
-AEV snorkel
-BuiltRight bed Molle panels
-Vector offroad dash mount
-Bartact seat covers
What I have on order that is delayed due to COVID/material shortages etc.. but should arrive mid June:
Rock Krawler Pro X 3 inch lift
37 inch Falken MT tires
SteerSmarts steering components
Also switching out the stock batteries with Optima DH6 (main) and DieHard Platinum AGM (aux). I have looked at the dual battery set up with Genesis but I want to use that savings for something else later on.
If anyone has any question on any of my additions, feel free to ask. I will give you an honest opinion (good, bad or indifferent). Please follow me on IG @zombie_hunter_adventures. I am slowly building my page.
