Thanks man I love how it looks without them. I think it looks good with them too but it’s so much easier to clean without them and black is hard enough as it is!

No I got a painted one from distinction applied. also got painted hood vents and wiper cowl since those tend to fade. Well I guess the wiper cowls tend to fade at least.
What was the magic trick for debadging the fenders? I kinda want to remove the hood decals too.....still up in the air on it.

BTW your JT looks killer, so clean.

Thank you! Man I just used a hair dryer to warm them up a bit and they pulled off. I always de-badge just because it makes it easier to clean.

I think HV would look awesome with the stickers and stuff removed.

@Darkspeed yes, that’s the one. The grill and cowl are perfect the hood vents are not as tight as I would like so I used some tiny pieces of 3M to hold them in place. They are factory parts the part numbers matched the hood vents I have, but for some reason they just were not holding it as tight there are no broken clips or anything like that.

I haven't heard from Gupton yet. Delivered Saturday 10/23. I wonder how long it will take them to do the inspections and stuff they do. I was told today they'll call after all that.

Usually takes 24 hours for checks, I'm willing to bet a bit of that time is charging the battery system. @ShadowsPapa has a great thread on the battery system and charging times w/ a tender and w/ the stock alternator.

Glad more trucks are showing up! I'm 20 days in D1, but was given a shipping estimate by my dealer. So I'm hoping they have some more insight than the trackers we have access to.

I'm happy to wait it out, if that means I get all of the options we ordered!

Lol, same here. We are being built at the same time it appears. 10/19 is my entry to production as well.

Hello Jeepers - I have been creeping for over a month and I finally thought it was time to enter the game. Minty - I love your posts. I am in the same boat as other folks and I am wondering if we can pull our brains together and figure out why some folks are getting their builds as fast as they are and others are staying in production for weeks at a time. I know this has been mentioned before but I do not believe we have hit the nail on the head. I am getting the Jeep Gladiator Rubicon in Sarge Green with Tan Leather seats. I suspect it may be the tan leather seats that may be holding things up. I am wondering if folks that had their build started and that have been sitting in E status for over 2 weeks could chime in on if they are getting Tan Leather for their seats. It may also be the Sarge Green but I have seen several completed ones in Sarge Green (None with the Tan Leather Seats that I am aware of) so I am doubting that guess. To my knowledge if you wanted Tan Leather seats you had to order the Rubicon as the others like Mohave, etc. did not offer the Tan Leather seats. Most of us that are waiting in E status have 'arrival' dates that are weeks away (as in November or even December) yet we have similar Order Confirmed, Scheduled, and In Production Dates. It would appear to me that a significant part is missing and whatever it is - I ordered it. LOL

I vaguely remember someone mentioning that basically all Mopar parts are on back order and will delay builds. Floor Mats, Mirror Kit, Tie down, etc. Also the leather likely goes out to a 3rd party to be installed and could take some time also.
