Or so I thought, a few days ago I heard a loud clunk coming from the passenger side of my truck whenever I hit a decent dip in the road, like going from the street to parking lots. Went under the truck and saw this.
Can you record the sound?

Sounds similar to an issue I had. Very soon after installing a Mopar 2" lift, I would hear a clunk over any bump, even 1" driveway lip. Turned out to be a bad Fox shock. Replaced under warranty. I could easily squeeze the shock open and closed between my hands. Solved my issue.

My fox shocks make a clunk noise over bumps on cold mornings. They stop once they warm up.

Suspension or swaybar is my bet as well.
Have you at least been able to locate if the sound is from the front or rear?

Yup, was able to find the sound after work. The upper portion of the rear swaybar link on the passenger side had worked itself loose, probably didn't tighten it down enough/seat it properly after putting on the Metalcloak braces. What was weird is I had given everything a good shake with no weight on the rear and front axles a day ago, guess the weight of the axle by itself was enough to stop me from moving it.

Pretty hard to adjust in the dark, I'll remove it this weekend and throw some thread locker on these, tight enough for now.

Also this thread is making me realize how much mud I have in the under-carriage, I'll need to get under there with a pressure washer one of these days. Thank goodness I live in the desert, so rust is pretty far from my mind.

Thanks again!

Glad you found it also! For others reading, I back in the garage to use my camera to see wall and back in just when the hitch mounted D-Ring meets the wall. I had a huge clunk pulling out of the driveway and turning into the street, just as the ass end hit the water drainage concrete that's in-between my driveway and the street. We're curb less here, but most every street has this piece of concrete before the actual street. You know what I'm talking about. Anyway, the clunk I was hearing was the loose D-Ring in the hitch receiver lol. I need to throw some electrical tape around it this weekend. Maybe this will help someone else, bcz it drove me insane for 2 weeks before it dawned on me. I did sound recordings and everything!
