I'm thinking of going up to 40s sooner than later. It looks like I might have room with a split fender or compact fenders.

Here's a Little update on the swap. I ended up taking the family to San Diego to watch the supercross races and it drove okay until I hit 74 mph and then there was a slight vibration from the pinion and drive shaft angle. So when I got home I lowered that one so that there only half a degree off which put my caster angle back a little bit too, and it tightened everything up the handling a little bit

Then unfortunately I bought a used set of 40s from my buddy that were pretty out of round and hard to balance. That caused a couple things to loosen up and I'm currently looking for a new set of 40s.

The tires gave me death wobble and caused my tracbar bolt to loosen a hair. Yes, I did check the torque on everything before our trip to Cali.

We received a bit of snow in the desert, so I had to take the jeep out for a test!

The 1ton axle has a better chance of standing up to accidental rock hits, then the stock dana44. You can see me tag a rock in one of the video on the hill climb.

New motobilt inner fenders for 40s and kbd fenders went on to clear the Mickey Thompson tires. They are huge and measure 39.1 inches mounted on the jeep at 28psi.
