Apparently my thread was shut. Anyone know why?
Here are some shots I took before heading out..

At the time:
Bed rack w/ accessories 175 lbs
Rooftop tent 134lbs
Tire carrier 65lbs plus the 33” spare tire

What does it look like underneath? Seems that there should be somewhere that shows where the frame pivoted/bent. Are we sure that it is not bad bed mounts?

Gotta ask: Was it bent like this when you picked it up? Or did it bend sometime after you took delivery? I mean, it's really hard for me to imagine nothing happened and it just bent on it's own. That leaves just 2 options for me, it was always like this or something happened and we aren't hearing about it.

if they're saying nogo cause of that scrape on the hitch, go buy a hitch to replace yours and then take it back in.

Oops. It's just the tailgate that is aluminum.

Take it a reputable frame shop and have them hook it up.

Other than the finger measuring device, is there anything else that seems “off”?

This is easily fixable. I can't see the dealer fixing it though unless it came like that, You sure you didn't get it like that? Post some delivery pics if you took any. To bend like that would take big energy in the downward direction on the rear. Dealer probably thinks you over towed something.

Given dealer shenanigans, I think for a big issue like this - remove all your racks and other stuff before taking it in.

Tbh it don’t matter at this point if it was like this during delivery/pick up. If it’s not called out before he signs the papers it’s no longer the dealers fault. You have to prove it now.
