It can easily be fixed by just swapping the frame. Since these are body on frame and not unibody the frame is "easily" swappable in that it can be done for probably 8-10k depending on cost of this frame itself.
How many hours ya think it would involve?
All electrical lines, brake lines, wheel tone ring lines are "attached" to the frame, bumpers, fuel tank and fuel lines...........

Very doable. I've swapped pickup boxes - that's simple. I've pulled a Ford Galaxy body off the frame, shortened the frame and driveshaft and re-mounted the seats to the frame and made a puddle jumper. All of those things involved quite a few hours.
But it's all doable.

Unibody - I could point you to a thread out there on an AMC Eagle fakebook page where a guy actually removed the frame rails and made new ones, and reconstructed rotted rocker areas, including the reinforcements, while restoring an Eagle. Rather than patch, he fully removed frame rails, build new ones and put them back.
So even in those cases, it's doable. It's amazing how he did it and what he did. It was a very very rare 1980 Limited model he bought from me 3 or 4 years ago. Body was perfect. You'd never be able to tell it had ever been worked on (we have the specs and measurement sheets for these)
The problem with those is that if there's a bend somewhere, you'd better have the sheets like I have that give all dimensions between all aspects of the lower body. A lot of "frame shops" actually used to pull things back into shape. I watched it done. (and I replaced the entire right rear 1/4 of a Rebel and the left side of a wagon that was t-boned years ago)

I guess all things are possible - how much do you want to spend, is someone willing to do it, and so on.
Nice thing about and full-frame vehicle is that the frame is simply another part of the beast and can indeed be replaced and in most cases, there's little to no body damage or any other work to be done.

So a frame costs ~4k according to Mopar parts online. 60-80 hours to swap over, assuming no damage to other parts you are looking at closer to 10-15k depending on hourly rate etc. Still way less than totaling the truck

My bet still stands -
And the only way to win against that is to post proof, pics, and specifically, pics of the "bend".
IF one wanted to prove it was frame and frame alone, then the easy way to prove that is post pics of the BOX MOUNTS. (show they are undamaged)

No pics of the "bump stops", etc.
No pics of box mount
No pics of the frame's designed crumple area (where it's going to fail if it DOES fail)

Not to start a war or anything, but if a person wanted to force a warranty claim on a frame issue, you'd want to totally scrub your social media - no pics or comments about where you've been or what you've done. Clear it out, not a single comment in instacrap, twitterdumb, fakebook, and social mediocre.
All it takes is for Jeep attorneys to look on the web............
If there's a single simple post anywhere about a race or any competition, it's over.
I was "requested" years ago to be an expert witness for a guy who was being sued by a trucking company........ how the hell they got my name I'll never know - but the attorneys had it and I went in and answered a handful of questions and the poor defendant was found not responsible.
Attorneys have resources - maybe I'm simply hinting - if you have a beef with Jeep or a dealer - time for some housekeeping LOL

I applaud the guy for using his rig ... but I get sense he might be running with (or mimicking the behavior of) the CBI / Tacoma Beast crowd ... who IMO like to push the limits of their rigs.
