I love my jt mojave 2020. Have bought bunch accessories, soft top, side steps, 35s and new wheels.

It has 18k miles.

I've had to have lots of issues fixed

- lose steering (got tsb)
- visor broke - no big deal was fixed
- new cam shaft - had to drive it to dealer in Idaho as was out of state lost a days work
- new steering brace - was dangerously loose
- random misfire codes
- no apparently fuel system issue and another code I can't recall

my dealer in cal can never get me a rental Just a ride back home which is also v inconvenient getting kid to/from school.

not sure this is officially a Lemon but I plan to write to Crysler. But I'll not sure what I want - ideally it just becomes more reliable but I'm worried will be series of issues.

I'm under Mopar warranty till sept 23,

Any advice and perceptive appreciated

thanks

Sounds like all the issues I’ve read about on the forums….

Jeeps are not known to be as reliable as Toyota Tacomas… Not going to lie I do miss that about my Tacoma…

As far as lemon, would depend on the state and if you really wanted to get out of it….

I love my JT and well… will deal with an issue from time 2 time.

I will say, no matter the manufacturer buying the first model year of any vehicle is highly coorilated with having more issues.

Yeah makes a lot sense.
It's tough one given how much I love the truck.
Most likely approach is to wait and see in next few months but not sure what my options will be
Cal lemon law seems like would need more for my vehicle to be considered - more days off the road etc but I need to look into that.
The issue is there's no other truck I'd rather get

Thanks
It's outside the 18 month horizon but 200 miles under the 18k mileage limit.
But it's not been in shop for 30 days and has been variety issues versus them not being able to solve a specific problem
So likely not covered or borderline

A list of issues, especially mostly fixed, won't generally qualify. It needs to be the same issue or issues that remain unresolved, etc. I see the link to YOUR state's laws has already been posted.
A lot of issues fixed over time isn't gonna cut it, though

Damn, I have a 21 Mojave with over 22k miles and zero issues thus far. Really hoping it stays that way. I also have zero modes and don't do anything crazy with mine (trails and such, no rock climbing etc..)

Yeah I've not done serious rock climbing
Only real mod is changing front lights but that was plug and play
Seems like plenty of people have zero issues
Hope yours continues to be trouble free
I wonder if the lemon law is the state you live versus where vehicle was purchased, we live in Cal but bought in Idaho
